Scholarships

The Delta Mu Zeta Chapter Scholarship Fund was established in 2005 to provide scholarships for education funding. Our scholarship fund is exempt from Federal Income Tax deductions under section 501(c)3 of the official Internal Revenue Code. By making a donation to one of our scholarships, your contribution may be deductible as a charitable contribution.

Dr. Edith V. Francis Scholarship

Delta Mu Zeta Chapter member Dr. Edith V. Francis served as Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporatedʼs 18th International President. Under her administration, our organization supported programs that focused on voter education, civil rights advocacy and youth and senior initiatives. During Dr. Francis’ term chapters in Alaska and Germany were chartered, Golden Life Membership was established, and she also helped form the Council of Presidents of the National Pan-Hellenic Council. The Dr. Edith V. Francis Scholarship was created in 2019 in her honor.

Isabelle Fleuranges Brown Book Scholarship

Delta Mu Zeta Chapter was chartered by 27 incredible women. In honor of one of our charter members and first chapter president, Isabelle Fleuranges Brown, a collegiate book award has been named in her memory.
